President, Co-Founder: Arden Scott has a comprehensive background in the management of technology companies. His background includes both software and systems companies. His most recent role is President of NIS, a company delivering software technology to mission critical requirements.
Chief Financial Officer - Bryan Brown has a wide spectrum of financial and consulting experience, including helping an investment banking firm build a new investment management service, creating the business plan for a start-up company in virtual reality-based entertainment, and helping a major Bay Area educational institution increase the profit potential of certain business units.
Prior to this, as CFO he was responsible for corporate financial, accounting, taxation, risk, and legal/regulatory compliance matters, plus systems and technology utilization, plant and equipment, and other administrative functions for an inter-related group of companies in the financial services sector. Mr. Brown previously directed a national distribution center with technology, operations, budget, fulfillment, manufacturing, and service level responsibilities. Mr. Brown is currently chairman of a mutual fund complex, and an arbitrator for the regulatory arm of the stock market.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing - Dale Scott has a long history of bringing new technologies to market from the early adopters to the mass market. His most recent position is running a technology solutions company. In addition his successful startup experience includes companies such as FORE Systems, Wellfleet Communications and Alteon Systems. All had successful IPO’s and his involvement was key in many areas of OEM and integration csutomers.
Advisor - Jonathan Hall is a storage industry alumnus with wide experience of storage technologies and business development, plus a track record of attracting technology investment.
Inventor - Paul Gilovich is the inventor of the key technologies DiskIOPs is bringing to the industry. He has a long history in the storage market and his distinguished background in magnetic and optical recording provided the foundation for these innovative approaches to today’s HDD performance problems.
